Fantastic Experience!!
Alex came to my home last evening to rekey my locks, and he did a great job. He was professional, trustworthy and extremely competent. Sean and Russ were also terrific via the phone, so it was a fantastic experience start to finish! It was quite a contrast to an awful experience that I had with a fraudulent locksmith company a few weeks ago, and I'm very grateful that there are companies like ACME around!

Outstanding Service
Acme came out to re-key all of our doors and add a new deadbolt. They contacted us before they arrived, and even arrived early. The serviceman was courteous, professional and very nice. Great Service!
Professional and knowledgeable. I needed to order a new multi-lock cylinder to replace the existing one. I wasn't exacly sure what I needed, but the employees were helpful and knowlegeadble. The shop did not have what I needed in stock, but offered to order it. The order came in on time, and I was notified promptly. The servicemen went above and beyond of their duties. Saved my butt!
I lost the keys to the trailer hitch for the company van's trailer. I wasn't looking forward to explaining my screwup. I saw their sign driving by and went in to check on the price to get the lock off and buy a new one. But not only could they get the lock open without cutting it off, but they even made a key so the boss doesn't even know I lost the first one!
