Fantastic Experience!!
Alex came to my home last evening to rekey my locks, and he did a great job. He was professional, trustworthy and extremely competent. Sean and Russ were also terrific via the phone, so it was a fantastic experience start to finish! It was quite a contrast to an awful experience that I had with a fraudulent locksmith company a few weeks ago, and I'm very grateful that there are companies like ACME Locksmith around!

Acme Locksmith came out to re-key all of our doors and add a new deadbolt. They contacted us before they arrived, and even arrived early. The serviceman was courteous, professional and very nice. Great Service!
Professional and knowledgeable. I needed to order a new multi-lock cylinder to replace the existing one. I wasn't exactly sure what I needed, but the employees were helpful and knowledgeable. The shop did not have what I needed in stock, but offered to order it. The order came in on time, and I was notified promptly. The servicemen went above and beyond of their duties. Saved my butt!
I lost the keys to the trailer hitch for the company van's trailer. I wasn't looking forward to explaining my screwup. I saw their sign driving by and went in to check on the price to get the lock off and buy a new one. But not only could they get the lock open without cutting it off, but they even made a key so the boss doesn't even know I lost the first one!

Fast Friendly Service
I live in Glendale and needed a gun safe bolted down, I called a local business right down the street from me, Bell Lock & Safe, and spoke to the rude owner of the business, his prices are very high and it seems that he is being bothered when asked questions. My next call was to ACME Locksmith, the call was answered by Sean, he answered all my questions, quoted a very reasonable price and scheduled me the day I called..thank-you.
