Description: ACME Locksmith seeks a full-time customer support / call handler.

In this position the primary duties include customer service, scheduling locksmith service calls and routing customers to the correct staff for technical questions. You will learn how to accurately quote for a wide variety of locksmith jobs and optimize schedules for best possible routing. Light bookkeeping and data entry will also be part of the job.
