Should a part fail within its manufacturer’s warranty period, the warranty needs be claimed with the manufacturer of the product, or you can bring the product to one of our locations for exchange. After the 30-day, all inclusive warranty period, if ACME is asked to go on site and replace a product that has failed, we will assist and work with the manufacturer to obtain a part exchange under their warranty on your behalf, but our services for removing and installing the replacement part will be billed; as a part failure is not in any way a fault of ACME Locksmith’s service.
