I personally dealt with Russ on purchasing a new safe. Russ is extremely knowledgeable and he helped me through the entire process. Russ was able to assist me with getting some touch up paint for a small chip that occurred during shipping. I highly recommend Acme Locksmith and Russ for all your locking needs.

Fantastic service, Great prices,I needed some locks re-keyed for my commercial building. After getting an outrageous $300 quote from a “trunk slammer” (mobile van), I decided to just take the locks to ACME on Glendale Ave.The service the technician, Charlie, was very professional and patient. He said the work would take about 20 minutes. Since I had other errands, I decided to come back a few hours later. Now for the best part of this review; The total charge for re-keying a lock, providing a new cylinder for the second lock, and making the extra keys was only $70, a huge savings for me.While mobile locksmiths are sometimes the only option, doing business with a company that also has a brick & mortar location is the buy far the safest and most economical way to go.read more

Choosing The Right Locksmith

Seek Recommendations:

Start by asking friends, family, or neighbors who have used a locksmith they trust. Online reviews on platforms like Google and the Better Business Bureau offer reliable insights into the service quality of a locksmith Phoenix. ACME Locksmith has served tens of thousands of customers and received the Better Business Bureau Ethics Award.

Verify Credentials:

Always check if a locksmith is licensed, insured, and bonded. Some claim to be licensed, but only hold a business license, not an Arizona Contractor License. Fewer than 12 licensed locksmith companies operate in Phoenix, and proper licensing ensures professionalism and protects you in case of any issues. ACME Locksmith is licensed (ROC License# 271563).

Ensure Pricing Transparency:

Request a verbal or written estimate before work begins. Reputable locksmiths in Phoenix will provide a clear cost breakdown upfront. We offer free estimates over the phone for common jobs, and for more complex work, we can often give a written estimate with a few photos.

Choose a Local Locksmith with a Physical Address:

Locksmiths near you, with a physical address, are more likely to provide personalized service and faster response times. Bringing your locksmith needs to a locksmith shop will save you money. And if any issue arises, you’ll know exactly where to find them.
